It is with a heart
burdened with deep sadness that I
communicate to you and other friends and
associates the translation of my beloved
elder sister, Mrs. Gloria Ezenwanne nee
Paul Young to eternity. This sad
incident
occurred on Monday, June 14, 2010 after
a brief illness. She was aged 62.
My dear sister was born in Makurdi on
December 24, 1947 to Chief and Mrs.Paul
Edemobi originally of Nanka in Anambra
State. Our mother was Madam Grace
Udumehie of Isuofia in the same Anambra
State. The departed was also married to
an Isuofia son.
She was an educationist
with a Master’s degree in education. She
was Education Secretary, Anambra State
and a ranking official of the Universal
Education Board, Awka. Her burial is
slated for Friday, July 16, 2010 in her
homestead at Umueze, Isuofia, Aguata
Local Government Area, Anambra State. A
requiem mass will take place at 10.00am
at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Umueze,
Isuofia.
