Akunyili gives Aondoakaa seven days to refute statement or face prosecution

Mike Aondoakaa ,the nation,s attorney general has been furiously against the move by Professor Dora Akunyili ,the minister of information and communications last week to submit a memo calling for a transmission of power to Goodluck Jonathan in the face of President YarAdua'sprotracted medical treatment.He  asked whoever has problem within the cabinet should resign.Now,the rift among ministers has gotten messy after Aondoakaa reportedly made a liberous comment about Akunyili

 Akunyili  has given  the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Mike Kaase Aondoakaa,  seven days to refute a libellous statement.Aondoakaa reportedly said``Let her go confront herself with what happened in NAFDAC'' in a newspaper report Akunyili was DG of NAFDAC and she earned a reputation for being fearless and courageous and successful. Aondoakaa's failure to refute this statement will make the minister  '' face prosecution'',Akunyili said .
