The investigations into the affairs of ex
minister Hassan
Lawal has widened.Newsdiaryonline has
learnt that 3 directors of the ministry of health have been
arrested.The arrest came as a shock to many who were at a loss
over the sudden twist of event.
A highly placed source at the Economic and
Finanacial Crimes Commission,EFCC
however told
Newsdiaryonline that three directors
were arrested in connection
with the investigation into caseagainst
Hassan Lawal.He
confirmed that three directors were arrested.Newsdiaryonline
learnt that one of the directors arrested has just returned to
the country from a trip overseas.
The former minister
who is from Nasarawa state recently decamped to
opposition Congress for Progressive Change,CPC,a party that
seems to be given Governor Akwe Doma of the state some cause for
concern ahead of the April polls.
