Man Killed in Failed Terror Attack on Maiduguri Police HQ

Reports from Maiduguri the Borno State
capital said the police averted what could
have been a major terror
attack on the Borno state headquarters of the Police command
today.
A driver in a vehicle had
driven into the premises
,heading dangerously for
the main building when
he was shot dead by vigilant policemen on duty.
Some items believed to be explosives
were said to have been found in the vehicle.No group has claimed
responsibility in the city which has been under siege from an
Islamic religious sect, Boko Haram.
