Former Editor Drags THISDAY, Obaigbena to

Mr Paul Ibe,
former editor of Thisday
has dragged his ex- employers to the National Industrial Court,
Abuja.In the suit,he accused Thisday of breach of contract
and failure to remit tax
deductions (which were without
his consent) from his
emoluments to the relevant federal institutions .
Ibe is among others praying the court
to order Thisday to pay
him about N100,000,000.00(One Hundred Million Naira)
which is the total
sum for several breaches listed in his statement of claim.
