Ibori appears in UK Court,remanded in Custody

Former governor of Delta State ,James Ibori appeared in the
City of Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with
charge of
money laundering .Reports said he has been further remanded
in custody until April 28,2011.
The latest twist came on the heels of the extradition of
the former governor from Dubai to the UK.Before that incident,
there had been reports of some sort of freedom deal for
Ibori.
In spite of that, UK authorities worked silently to have
him face corruption charges which have been actually
longstanding.
