Ali Konduga,
self confessed ‘former
spokesman ‘of the
militant Islamic sec,t Boko Haram to three years in jail.He is
to be kept in the custody of the State Security Service SSS

It was the arrest and interrogation of
Konduga that led to the arrest, detention and trial of Senator

that Ndume

has denied.
Worse still, Konduga said
Ndume gave him telephone numbers of prominent
government officials whom
he regularly sent text messages .In fact he claimed some
of the text messages were actually drafted by Ndume who in turn
forwarded them
to him.
Ndume’s
trial has shifted from Magistrate court to a High Court
