Major General Godwin Abbe is now Minister of Defence  and Shettima Monguno becomes Internal Affairs minister.President Umaru Musa YarAdua  embarked upon this minor cabinet reshuffle today .

In the shake up the two ministers have swapped  offices.The Junior ministers have also swapped offices as well.No reasons were given  for the shake up.

But it came a day after the embarrassing militants' attack on the Atlas Cove Jetty in Lagos.Three Naval personnel were believed to have been killed by the miltants in the unprecedented attacks by Niger Delta Militants on Lagos oil facilities.
