Respite for Dino Melaye, others as court  quashes suspension of lawmakers

Justice Adamu Bello of the Federal High Court Abuja,  today quashed  the suspension of some  federal lawmakers.This gives respite to the 11 members of the House of Representatives who were sent packing after the brawl over alleged corruption charges leveled against Speaker  Dimeji Bankole.

Those suspended include Dino Melaye, Ehiogie West Idahosa,Independence Ogunewe, Solomon Awhinawi, Austin Nwachukwu, Abbas Anas, Gbenga Oduwaiye, Kayode Amusan, Gbenga Onigbogi, Bitrus Kaze and Doris Uboh.

 Some however opted out of the suit filed against the House of Representatives.But Melaye and others sought justice and they got it today.

Human Rights Activist and National Chairman ,NCP,Barrister Femi Falana represented the suspended lawmakers in court
