The three day warning strike called by the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC and the Trade Union Congress, TUC has been suspended.

A labour official told newsdiaryonline that it will be incorrect to say the strike has been called off.We have only suspended it.According to the official labour will wait for the outcome of the Council of state meeting expected to take place later this month.If nothing substantial comes out of it, union will resume its strike the official told Newsdiaryonline this evening.
