Angela Merkel
A Nigerian Mr George
Cart a Nigerian citizen
is seeking justice after he was unfairly
jailed, maltreated and subsequently deported
illegally by German authorities.
In a petition by his
solicitors ,Cart
said “that he was deported to Nigeria on
January 10, 2011 by the German immigration
authorities even though the jail term remains
six months to expire and with unexpired two
years probation.
“That most painful of all is
the fact that his son-Jason John cart (6 years
old) was not handed over to him by the prison
authorities at the time of deportation. They
claimed his son was dead without showing him the
corpse nor taking him to the mortuary or grave
site. Rather he was bundled into Lufthansa
airline back to Nigeria.’’
He wants the circumstance of his hurried
conviction in Germany and
deportation to Nigeria investigated.Also
Cart “seeks compensation of
€5
million (Five Million Euros) for his health
which was damaged whilst in prison custody
occasioned by his being fed with toxic food.’’
