Mr. president Sir, I am using this avenue to inform you about the 6,432 Community Self Help Projects of the Universal Basic Education Board (UBEC) which was  founded in 2007. Importantly, the project implementation requires Mid-Term and final Monitoring by independent consultants and NGOs.

Mr. President  Sir, this part of this job was advertized by the COMMISSION on National dailies (DailyTrust & Thisday newspapers) respectively on 30th June 2009 calling Consultants and NGOs to submit bids for the Monitoring. Organisations turned out in a large numbers to submit bids.

 According information received, financial bidding had been done since 15th March 2010.  Mr. President, please use your good offices and the zeal which you exhibited at the National Stakeholders on Educaion Summit to compel UBEC to tell Nigerians what happened to this component (M&E)? Why is it not implemented? Where are the 6,432 Projects?   Where did the funds for the M&E travel to? 

Sir, I urge you to look into this considering the Impact the Community Self Help Projects will have  on our communities/schools and Nigerian children if actually implemented. Mr. President Nigerians and other Development partners are waiting.

Stop UBEC from legalizing fraud/corruption by playing with intelligence of Nigerians.
